Ordered a rival transmission/cat converter skid plate for my 2026 f150... Arrived without the mounting hardware... It then was a painful month of back and forth with Raptor Racing, sending "proof" photos etc etc.... felt like they thought I was a thief (of what turned out to be the cheapest/sloppy hardware, once I actually got it)... Meanwhile, during this process, I noticed and reported some defects in the workmanship (patch welds etc)... Nothing affecting the function, but for the money, a bit sloppy.... Just recieved a bunch of excuses and playing it down as I don't know what I'm talking about.... I gave this two stars, because raptor just played middle man and blamed it more on Rival, but really what was the point of Raptor in this process?? Pretty useless, especially for the price of this... I even paid the extra "shipping insurance" which was a useless waste of money as well.... Once I finally got the mounting hardware, was disappointed in the rinky-dink backing plates and ultimately doesn't really protect cat converters neither... Alot of room for improvement on the customer service area here.... A quick apology and a rush order on the hardware would have sufficed, spare the gong show
