ReadyLIFT rear block kit engineered specifically for GM 1500 trucks fitted with the factory composite mono-leaf rear spring, which uses a round factory U-bolt not compatible with standard block kits. Provides the rear lift for a 6" system on mono-leaf-equipped trucks.
Fits: 2019-2024 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 1500 equipped with rear composite mono-leaf springs, 2WD/4WD.
For mono-leaf-equipped vehicles only - inspect the vehicle before installation. Pairs with mono-leaf U-bolts (67-39530UB).
