Mono-leaf rear block kit (part of a 6" lift) for 2019-2024 Chevy/GMC 1500 equipped with composite mono-leaf rear springs.

ReadyLIFT rear block kit engineered specifically for GM 1500 trucks fitted with the factory composite mono-leaf rear spring, which uses a round factory U-bolt not compatible with standard block kits. Provides the rear lift for a 6" system on mono-leaf-equipped trucks.

Fits: 2019-2024 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 1500 equipped with rear composite mono-leaf springs, 2WD/4WD.
