6" front / 3.5" rear lift kit with four Bilstein shocks and Driveline Indexing System for 2019-2024 Ram 2500 HD 4WD diesel.

This complete 6" system pairs heavy-duty 6" lift front springs and 3.5" rear coil spring spacers with new Bilstein front and rear shocks. Heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, fabricated steel front and rear track bar brackets, a dropped cast-iron pitman arm, sway bar relocation brackets and bump stop extensions maintain proper geometry, while the billet aluminum Driveline Indexing System re-clocks the transfer case for improved driveline angles.

Fits: 2019-2024 Ram 2500 4WD HD, diesel only.
