OEM-style 5" rear lift block kit for the 2011-2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty Dually with a two-piece driveshaft.

Cast-iron blocks with integrated OEM-style bump stops restore rake for towing and hauling and make an ideal tow-package upgrade for stock, lifted, or leveled trucks. Includes a carrier bearing spacer for the two-piece driveshaft.

Fits: 2011-2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty Dually 2WD/4WD with two-piece driveshaft. Lift height varies with the factory block on the truck.

• Two (2) 5" rear blocks
• Four (4) 18.5" E-coated U-bolts
• Eight (8) nuts and washers
• One (1) carrier bearing spacer
