Radium Toyota Chaser/Mark II/Cresta Fuel Hanger - Pumps Not Included - 20-0940

The Radium Engineering Fuel Pump Hanger is a drop-in aftermarket fuel pump solution for supplying the fuel required to maximize power gains. It can be installed with 1 or 2 of the compatible pumps listed below.

• The feed port is tapped with 7/8"-14 female threads (10AN ORB).
• The return port is tapped with 9/16"-18 female threads (6AN ORB).

Multiple adapter fittings are provided for connecting back to the OEM fuel lines. If a second pump is installed, an SAE quick connector is provided that snaps into the underside of the fuel hat simplifying installation. For later model vehicles that use the inverted flare feed line, a replacement PTFE feed hose is provided, as shown below.

The custom designed stainless electrical studs easily handle the high current demand that compact multi-pin bulkhead connectors lack. These serviceable connections are hermetically sealed and impervious to all standard and exotic fuels.

Non-conductive anodized aluminum acorn nuts are provided to prevent any accidental short circuiting. Electrical hardware is included for the fuel pump(s). Furthermore, the in-tank wiring is insulated with high quality chemically resistant ETFE.

Relay kits, such as 17-0031 DIY FUEL PUMP WIRING KIT, are recommended to drive these new internal fuel pump(s).

This collector add-on kit attaches a collector around the fuel hanger pump. It is useful for applications that require additional fuel starvation protection. But is also perfect for scenarios where the OEM basket broke off and no longer attached to the tank.

For starvation protection, the fuel collector was designed to hold as much volume as possible. It is strategically located at an angle to keep fuel trapped during heavy acceleration. It features two 1-way fill valves that flow 355LPH each (710LPH total). Also, all fuel from the regulator returns directly into the collector. 

The fuel collector is compatible with the OEM basket for extra protection. Physically, it is properly shaped for easy installation through the small OEM fuel tank access hole.

IMPORTANT: This add-on kit requires the purchase of the 20-0940 fuel pump hanger and allows the use of only 1 fuel pump. It is only compatible with 39mm diameter fuel pumps. See the pump compatibility section for more details.
