Mishimoto 99-03 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke PSD Intercooler Pipe/Boot Kit - Polished - MMICP-F2D-99KP

Give your Ford Super Duty the durability boost it deserves with the Mishimoto Intercooler Pipe and Boot Kit for the 1999-2003 Ford F-Series 7.3L Powerstroke. These workhorse turbodiesels produce mounds of boost pressure to churn out the serious torque that you need. This abuse takes its toll on the intercooling system, especially the piping.

The Mishimoto pipe and boot kit replaces the stock system with a pair of tough, mandrel-bent aluminum pipes for both the intercooler's hot and cold sides for maximum durability. This kit includes Mishimoto Silicone Boots with DuraCore technology. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto Silicone Diesel Boots.

Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of Mishimoto's boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. The kit includes Mishimoto Constant-Tension T-bolt Clamps for accurate and consistent holding power to add even more reliability.

For the best performance, make sure to pair this kit with Mishimoto's Ford 7.3l Powerstroke Performance Intercooler. The Mishimoto Intercooler Pipe and Boot kit for the Ford F-Series 7.3L Powerstroke is available in a polished and wrinkle-black powder-coated finish and includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty for a worry-free installation.
