• Brass Solenoid Systems: If your system features a newer, all-brass **Vortex™ 6 solenoid valve** (standard on model configurations since 2017 or showing the brass valve on the retail carton layout), you must order **Part Number 6885 Ultra BlastMaster™ Upgrade Kit** instead.

Three Solenoid Relay Wiring Configuration

Operating a triple-solenoid setup requires structured electrical distribution to safeguard your dash switches and ensure uniform current deployment to all coils simultaneously:

• Relay Terminal 30: Connect directly to a fused +12V positive battery terminal supply source (Ensure heavy gauge wire wire-run matching the total continuous amp draw).
• Relay Terminal 87: Split this power output line into a three-way junction run, feeding one positive lead wire cleanly to each of the individual solenoid valve assemblies.
• Relay Terminal 86: Ground this terminal pin out directly to a clean, unpainted chassis frame run or negative battery wire layer.
• Relay Terminal 85: Route this control pin wire line run up to your interior manual momentary cockpit switch or horn ring wire link.
• Solenoid Ground Returns: Gather the remaining secondary wire leads from all three solenoid casings and ground them collectively to a bare metal location.
