Direct Drop-In
The new filter assembly mounts in the same location as the factory filter housing and mates directly to all factory fuel lines for the absolute cleanest installation on the market. The kit retains full functionality of the factory WIF circuitry and mates directly to the chassis harness while allowing you to convert to a convenient spin-on style filter. the stock filter while ensuring peak water separation performance.
Fuel Heater Capable
Cold climate owners we have you covered! Our optional fuel heater is available for all models including Cab & Chassis. Easily installs into the side of the filter base for full fuel flow heating prior to the filter.
Kit includes:
- Fully assembled billet aluminum filter base with Donaldson filter (P/N P553203) and provision for optional fuel heater.
- Water-in-fuel sensor and electrical extension harness.
- Mounting bolt.
Application Notes
- This product will work with Titan aftermarket fuel tanks.
- This product will work with S&B short bed model aftermarket fuel tanks - DOES NOT FIT LONG BED S&B FUEL TANK (10-1008).
- This kit replaces the factory “furnace” style filter found in part numbers: FD-4625, FD4625AA, HC3Z-9N184-C, and HC3Z-9N184-J
