ID Spring Locator Set of 16 - 1.300" OD, .520" ID, .060" Thickness
Made from hardened steel, these locators use an inboard locating shoulder to center the seat and hold the spring in place. The 4872 features a 1.300" OD and a .520" ID which works well for our 26918 Beehive valve spring.
Older standard shims will not hold up to the extreme spring pressures and high RPM found in today's engines.
