The aluminum alloy is corrosion-resistant and protected by BAK's proprietary Multi-Shield™ matte black finish, delivering 11x more surface durability and supporting up to 400 pounds of evenly distributed weight on top.
Upgraded rubber seals, tight-fit clamps, and a dual-action tailgate seal keep rain and debris out, with any moisture funneled away through integrated water channels and drainage tubes (in most applications). BAK's redesigned auto-latching system secures your bed with each panel fold, while the T-slot rails provide versatile mounting for crossbars, baskets, rooftop tents, and more. Installation is fast thanks to click-in clamps, reducing install time by 12 percent.
