MeLe Design Firm started the way the best automotive companies do — by solving a problem nobody else bothered to fix.

Based in the Pacific Northwest with roots in rally racing, the team needed a proper battery mounting solution for their Subaru builds. What was available was flimsy, poorly fitting, and hard to install. So they machined their own — a form-fitting aluminum mount that actually protected the battery and held up to the demands of rally competition.

Other drivers noticed. The rest is history.
