This product is a result of many requests for a quieter catback system for the n/a MK2. At first we didn't think it was possible but the results speak for themselves:

Below is the Before and After Decibel readings, the ONLY change to the system was the piping...the header, cat and muffler remained for the series of the test:
Engine Off in car (baseline):56 dB
Engine on in car Before:74db Engine on in car After:68db
Idle 1 meter behind car with meter at waist level before:80db Idle 1 meter behind car with meter at waist level after:76db

Feedback from at least half a dozen people who have seen/heard and driven the test vehicle can be found here. You might also find a little more info in that thread so have a read if you like.
Each System is made out of Mandrel Bent Stainless Steel with Stainless Steel Flanges, comes with plated hardware and gaskets.Comes with a Raptor Racing Modified Magnaflow Muffler.
For those concerned with sound we will HIGHLY recommend a ceramic cat over a metallic cat or test pipe. If you're concerned about power, let us assure that there is really not much you can do to make huge power or drop huge power from a 5M/6Mthe difference in HP between a metallic and ceramic cat is very marginal.
