Improve the sound and performance on your Dodge Durango 5.7L with premium headers from Stainless Works. American-Made and designed for the 2011-26 Durango 5.7L, these headers feature 1-7/8" primary tubes that are CNC mandrel bent to increase air flow, and engineered to create power. These headers come with 3" slip-fit collectors, as well as high-flow catalytic converters that flow into our lead pipes, merging into an easy connection to your Stainless Works or stock exhaust.

Built from corrosion resistant 304 stainless steel, our headers are TIG welded for strength and durability at our state-of-the-art facility in Streetsboro, Ohio. We stand by our products with a lifetime warranty on materials and craftsmanship, and as always, our products are proudly made in the USA.

    Long Tube Headers for Durango 5.7L

    I got these headers around march 2025 and I can personally say I’ve enjoyed every second of them. What they do for the cars exhaust system unmatched and makes it unlike anything I’ve ever driven. I have to give this products a five out five for not only the build quality, but also the performance it gave the car. I don’t think I’d be able to live without long tube headers on any car ever again. The only thing I might be mindful of is the O2 sensor behind the driver side catalytic converter. I had an issue with the heat shield, which caused my O2 sensor of melt. It wasn’t that big of a deal because I was able to replace it, however be mindful of this when installing it on your Durango. Overall, I’m exceptionally happy with this product and I would buy it again.
