UD (Unidirectional): High-strength carbon fiber oriented in a single direction. A silicone bag is used inside the pipe to carry out the curing process under high pressure and high temperature. This results in a smooth inner surface and high strength, allowing air to flow efficiently while maintaining structural integrity. Crafted with 3K twill carbon fiber sheets using a hand lay-up process, the heat insulator combines lightweight design with durability. *Hand Lay-Up Process: A skilled craftsman layers dry carbon sheets and applies resin by hand. Not only adds a visually striking touch to the engine bay, but also shields heat from the radiator to efficiently channel fresh air to the Super Power Flow.
